This Kennametal SNGA190612T02020 (ANSI SNGA643T0820) is a square, negative-rake ceramic turning insert in grade KY3500, a silicon nitride grade, supplied in a factory box of 5 and made in the USA. The ISO designation decodes to a square shape with 0° clearance, G tolerance, a cylindrical center hole with no chipbreaker, a 19.05 mm (3/4 in) inscribed circle, 6.35 mm (1/4 in) thickness, a 1.2 mm (3/64 in) nose radius and a T-land edge preparation (0.20 mm wide at 20°).
