KEO 6x1-113380/2x1-1/4 90° HSS Double Angle Milling Cutter

This is a new KEO Cutting Tools EDP #13380 double angle milling cutter ground to a 90° included angle (45° per side) in uncoated High-Speed Steel (HSS), sized 6 in OD x 1-1/2 in width x 1-1/4 in arbor bore with a standard drive keyway. The cutter carries KEO's D90-66 designation indicating 90° double-angle geometry with 28 staggered (alternating helical) teeth, producing smooth chip clearance and reduced chatter on both sides of a V-groove or chamfer simultaneously. Staggered-tooth geometry alternates left and right helix cutting edges, lowering cutting forces and improving surface finish compared to straight-tooth designs. Designed for arbor-mount horizontal milling machines, this cutter is suited for milling V-grooves, serrations, and dovetail-adjacent chamfer forms in steel, cast iron, aluminum, and similar materials. Made in USA per the stamping visible on the cutter body.
