This KEO VA10235TN is a special-order #7 combination drill and countersink (center drill) made from high speed steel with a gold TiN (titanium nitride) coating, labeled 'SPC #7 CNT DRL TIN COAT PER HARLEY PRINT'. The double-ended, two-flute design has a drill point and countersink at each end, and the central shank section has a visible flat/relief ground in the body. It is used for spotting and starting center holes ahead of drilling or turning operations, and the TiN coating adds wear resistance and lubricity over uncoated HSS. Sold new in open box condition in the original KEO red box with the special-order label.
