The system consists of a 1-gallon stainless steel reservoir tank with a hinged lid, a red anodized aluminum mixing/metering valve body mounted to the tank lid, and a single-outlet delivery circuit comprising a braided clear coolant supply line and a 12-inch blue segmented (loc-line style) flexible nozzle arm terminating in a 5/16-inch brass nozzle tip. Air pressure draws coolant from the tank via siphon and atomizes it at the nozzle, producing a fine mist that lubricates and cools the cutting zone while minimizing fluid consumption and workpiece flooding.
