This is a new Kyocera SGS 51367 solid carbide drill in the HiperCarb series, featuring a 37/64" (0.578125") cutting diameter with a 2-flute geometry, 3xD flute length, and TA (Through-the-Air, i.e. coolant-through capable) construction — ground to 37/64" x 2-1/2" flute length x 4-5/8" overall length with a cylindrical shank. The HiperCarb series is SGS's premium solid carbide jobber-style drill optimized for aluminum and non-ferrous materials, utilizing a bright (uncoated) finish and a polished flute geometry that promotes chip evacuation and reduces built-up edge in gummy alloys. The 2-flute design and split-point geometry visible in the product photo confirm suitability for CNC machining centers and drill presses using standard hydraulic, shrink-fit, or collet-style toolholders accepting a 37/64" straight shank. Made in the USA per the label.
