The Leica DD120 Depth Kit is a new, complete underground utility detection system designed for locating buried cables, pipes, and other conductive utilities. The kit includes the DD120 passive and active signal receiver — a wand-style locator with integrated depth measurement capability — paired with the DA175 signal transmitter/generator housed in a yellow hard case, along with connection leads (alligator clips and direct-connect probes) for active signal application to target conductors. The DA175 transmitter applies a selectable frequency signal to pipes or cables, which the DD120 receiver then detects and traces, providing both horizontal location and estimated burial depth readings. The system is manufactured by Leica Geosystems, a Hexagon company, and is suited for utility mapping, pre-excavation surveys, and infrastructure maintenance applications. The complete kit ships in the branded yellow soft carry bag shown, with all components in new condition.
