Lyndex 5C 1/16-1-1/8 x 1/16 18-Piece Round Bore Collet Set (Set of 18)

This is a new, complete 18-piece Lyndex 5C collet set covering every 1/16" increment from 1/16" through 1-1/8", manufactured in Japan by Lyndex Corp (now Lyndex-Nikken) to the industry-standard 5C taper specification. Each collet in the set is individually boxed with its Lyndex code number (500-004 through 500-072 in even increments of 4), confirming the full range: 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1", 1-1/16", 1-1/8" — 18 collets total. The 5C collet standard features a 5° included nose angle, a 1.250"-20 UNF external thread at the rear, and a maximum bore capacity of 1-1/8" for round stock, making this set compatible with any 5C-compatible spindle nose, collet chuck, collet fixture, rotary index head, or collet closer manufactured to the Hardinge 5C standard. These collets are suited for turning, milling, and grinding operations on screw machines, lathes, and toolroom fixtures requiring precise, repeatable workholding. The collets appear unused and in original factory packaging.
