The Lyndex-Nikken C5016-1000-6.00 is a new CAT50 V-flange end mill holder with a 1.000 in bore diameter and 6.00 in gage length projection, manufactured to ANSI B5.50 CAT50 taper standards for use on CAT50-spindle VMCs and HMCs. The holder is stamped G2.5 @ 25,000 RPM, indicating it meets ISO 1940 G2.5 balance grade at 25,000 RPM — confirming suitability for high-speed machining applications. The body is finished in a black oxide treatment over alloy steel, and the dual drive key slots and retention knob thread hole (not pre-installed) are machined to standard tolerances for positive torque transmission. Two side-lock setscrews secure the cutting tool shank. This holder accepts 1 in shank end mills and similar straight-shank tools and ships in the original Lyndex-Nikken foam-lined box.
