The M.A. Ford EDP27304 is a new, uncoated solid carbide Twister Brad and Spur drill bit manufactured in the USA, designed for precision boring in wood, composites, plastics, and non-ferrous materials. The brad point tip geometry — a center spur flanked by two outer spurs — eliminates walking on entry and produces a clean, accurate hole with minimal tearout on breakthrough. Shank size is 1-3/8 in hex (H), cutting diameter is 1-3/8 in, with a flute length of 2-11/16 in; the hex shank is compatible with standard hex-drive chucks and quick-change tooling systems.
