The Makita BL1820BDC1 is a new, OEM 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Compact Battery and Rapid Charger Starter Pack comprising one BL1820B 2.0Ah 18V Li-Ion battery and one DC18RC rapid charger. The BL1820B compact battery delivers 18V nominal / 20V max output at 2.0Ah capacity and integrates Makita's built-in L.E.D. charge-level indicator with 3-stage display; the battery is compatible with the entire Makita 18V LXT tool platform (100+ tools). The DC18RC rapid optimum charger accepts Li-Ion packs from 14.4V–18V and NiMH packs from 7.2V–14.4V, charges the included 2.0Ah pack in approximately 25 minutes, and features active cooling, built-in LED diagnostic indicators for charge status and battery condition, and automatic maintenance charging to keep the pack ready for use. The charger operates on 120V AC (US/Canada) and the complete starter pack ships new-in-box with instruction manual; Makita backs the battery with a 3-year warranty.
