The Masterdrive Q1-1.5/8 is a new, double split taper bushing in the Q1 bushing series with a 1-5/8" (1.625") finished bore diameter and a standard keyway, designed to mount sheaves, sprockets, and pulleys onto shafts in power transmission drive systems. The double-split design — evidenced by the two full-length axial splits visible in the photos — allows the bushing to clamp uniformly around the shaft when the flange cap screws are tightened, providing a concentric, high-grip fit without requiring a press. Constructed from cast iron with a black oxide finish, the Q1 bushing uses a flanged face-mount configuration secured by socket head cap screws (hardware included per the photo), and is compatible with Q1-series sheaves, sprockets, and pulleys from Masterdrive and other manufacturers using the Q1 taper bore standard. This unit ships new-in-box with original Masterdrive hardware bag and installation/removal instructions.
