Mersen MPDB69093 1000V 3-Phase 760A CU9AL Power Distribution Block

The Mersen (Ferraz Shawmut) MPDB69093 is a new, 3-phase, open-style modular power distribution block rated 1000V with a copper ampacity of 760A and an aluminum ampacity of 620A, carrying the CU9AL designation for aluminum/copper conductor compatibility. Each of the three phases accepts (2) conductors on the line side and (2) conductors on the load side, with a wire range of 4 AWG to 500 kcmil (500-4) on both sides and a torque specification of 500 lb-in for all terminations. The block is UL Listed (E352417) as a Power Distribution Block and CSA certified, rated for use on circuits capable of delivering no more than 100,000 rms symmetrical amperes at up to 600V when protected by appropriate upstream fuses (Class J up to 600A, Class T up to 800A, Class RK1/RK5 up to 500A/600A, Class G up to 60A, Class CC up to 30A, Class L up to 800A). Assembled in Mexico, the thermoplastic housing provides phase-to-phase isolation with snap-in panel mounting slots, making it suitable for large industrial panelboards, motor control centers, switchgear, and service entrance equipment requiring high-ampacity multi-conductor terminations.
