The Micro 100 BBL-080500 is a solid carbide left-hand boring bar from the BBL (Boring Bar, Left-hand) series, featuring a 1/8 in (0.0800 in) shank diameter and a 1/2 in (0.500 in) overall length, as decoded from the MPN suffix "080500" (0.080 in shank × 0.500 in OAL). The cutting geometry is a single-point, straight-shank design with the cutting tip ground 0.0180 in below center, optimized for internal boring of small-diameter holes on Swiss-type screw machines, CNC lathes, and multi-spindle automatics.
