Micro 100 BMR-033-2 1/32" 2-Flute Carbide Ball End Mill

The Micro 100 BMR-033-2 is a new, solid carbide ball-nose end mill from Micro 100's BMR (Ball Mill, Right-hand cut) series, featuring a 1/32" (0.033") cutting diameter, 2-flute geometry, and a long-reach tapered neck design visible in the photos — allowing the tiny cutting head to access recessed features without shank interference. With a 0.099" length of cut and 1-1/2" overall length on a 1/8" straight shank, this tool is engineered for micro-milling applications including contour milling, 3D profiling, and detail work in molds, dies, and precision components. The uncoated solid carbide construction provides rigidity in the sub-1mm cutting diameter range and is suited for use in non-ferrous metals, plastics, composites, and fine detail work in steels at appropriate feeds and speeds.
