The Micro 100 QBT-2301600 is a new, solid "Super Carbide" (sub-micron grain tungsten carbide) quick-change boring bar ground to a right-hand, single-point configuration with a knife-style blade geometry, finished in a black DLC/TiN-family PVD coating visible in the photos. Decoding the MPN: QBT = Quick-change Boring Tool (single-point, right-hand); 230 = 0.230 in minimum bore diameter; 1600 = 1.600 in maximum depth of cut (DOC).
