The Micro 100 RDD-110 is a solid carbide rotary burr in the SA/cylinder (Type A) form with a double-cut (cross-cut) tooth pattern, designed for aggressive material removal and smooth finishing in a single pass. The MPN stamp "RDD-110 16/Z" indicates a 1/4 in (6.35 mm) shank diameter, a 1 in cutting length, and the "16/Z" suffix denotes 16-tooth double-cut (cross-spiral) flute geometry, which produces fine chips and reduces vibration compared to single-cut burrs. Constructed from submicron-grain tungsten carbide, this burr is suited for use on steel, cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous alloys in die-grinding, deburring, porting, and surface blending operations. It is compatible with air die grinders, flexible shaft machines, and CNC rotary tools accepting a standard 1/4 in collet. This item is new and stored in its original Micro 100 protective red plastic case.
