The Mitee-Bite Products LLC 31200 is a new #3 ID Xpansion Clamp designed to fixture workpieces by expanding radially into a bored hole, providing low-profile clamping with no obstruction above the part face — critical for 5-axis and multi-sided machining operations. The clamp body is machined steel with a black oxide finish, featuring a segmented collet-style expanding head that grips bore diameters from 0.71 to 1.06 inches as the draw bolt is tightened, pulling the tapered collet into the flange and forcing radial expansion against the bore wall. The kit includes the flanged expansion body, segmented collet, a draw bolt assembly with nut and pilot tip, and three countersunk mounting screws visible in the product photo, allowing direct fixture-plate or tombstone mounting.
