The Mitsubishi GYM20RB-D18 is a right-hand modular blade for the Mitsubishi GY grooving system, marked D18 on the blade and packaged with its assembly instruction sheet. The GYM20R module mounts on GYHR2020K00-M20R and GYHRUS12C00-M20R holders and is fastened with TS407 screws using a TKY15D wrench at 3.5 Nm (31 lbf-in), tightening the side screws before the front screw. Mitsubishi's instructions warn that exceeding recommended cutting conditions or running with chatter vibration can damage the blade's contact surfaces. This blade was made in Thailand and is offered new in its original box.
