Mitutoyo 192-151 0-18in 0.001in Dial Counter Height Gage

The Mitutoyo 192-151 is a new, Made-in-Japan Series 192 twin-column dial/counter height gage with an 18-inch measuring range and 0.001-inch resolution, combining a circular dial indicator with a dual mechanical counter display for direct reading without interpolation. The twin-beam (dual-column) construction provides superior rigidity and stability over the full travel range, minimizing carriage deflection during scriber contact. The carriage is driven by a rack-and-pinion mechanism via a side-mounted hand crank, and the dial (0.001 in/div graduation, 100-division face) simultaneously drives the mechanical counter that displays coarse position in inches, allowing the operator to read total height from the counter and fine position from the dial without range-switching. The unit ships with a carbide-tipped scriber, offset scriber, holder clamp, and protective cover, and is designed for use on a surface plate for part layout, inspection, and comparative height measurement in toolroom and production metrology environments.
