The Mitutoyo 468-270, model HTD-2.5"R, is a Holtest digital three-point inside micrometer covering a measuring range of 2.0–2.5 in (50–63.5 mm), confirmed directly from the head engraving and box label visible in the photos. The three-point contact design self-centers in the bore, eliminating the need for rocking to find the true diameter and delivering repeatability that a two-point anvil instrument cannot match; resolution is 0.00005 in / 0.001 mm with an accuracy of ±0.0001 in per Mitutoyo's published specification for this range.
