Monroe Fluid Technology 0084-1-500 X-15 Tankless Mist Coolant Unit

The Monroe Fluid Technology X-15 Mist Unit (PN 0084-1-500) is a tankless, air-powered coolant misting system designed for direct mounting to machine tools such as drill presses, mills, lathes, and grinders. The unit operates on compressed air (max 100 PSI per the included instruction sheet) using a Venturi-based misting principle: air passing through the body draws coolant up from an external supply container via the included clear plastic tubing (approximately 36–40 in. long), atomizing it into a fine mist at the adjustable nozzle tip. The mist body is constructed of machined aluminum with a steel base mounting block, and features a knurled black flow-control needle valve on top, a brass coolant inlet fitting on the side, and a fully positionable stainless steel flexible gooseneck arm (approximately 15 in. in length) terminating in an adjustable chrome-plated nozzle. The X-15 is compatible with water-soluble coolants and cutting oils (oil-based coolants are explicitly not recommended per Monroe's caution note); it ships new-in-box with the gooseneck arm, mist body, coolant supply tube, and instruction sheet.
