This is a new Nachi AquaREVO LIST9868D series solid carbide coolant-through drill, part number AQRVD0H8D1500-D, manufactured in Japan. The drill is 15.0mm in cutting diameter with a 169mm flute length, 230mm overall length, and a 16mm straight cylindrical shank, as encoded directly in the label dimensions 15.0X169X230X16. The 'H8D' designation indicates an 8×D depth-of-cut capability (approximately 120mm depth at 8× the 15mm diameter), and the drill features Nachi's proprietary AquaREVO geometry optimized for deep-hole drilling with through-coolant delivery, targeting steel, cast iron, and stainless steel applications in CNC machining centers with coolant-through toolholding systems.
