The Newborn Duracore VR400-XSP is a new, manual dual-component (two-part) adhesive/sealant applicator gun rated at 26:1 mechanical thrust ratio, designed for use with 400 mL side-by-side cartridges and 200 mL side-by-side cartridges. The gun accommodates multiple mix ratios — 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 — making it compatible with a broad range of two-part epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylics, and methacrylate adhesives dispensed in standard dual-cartridge format. The open-frame blue steel cradle accepts industry-standard 400 mL and 200 mL dual cartridges, and the unit ships with interchangeable plunger pistons (visible in product photos) to accommodate the different mix ratio cartridge configurations. The die-cast ratchet mechanism and dual push-rod drive deliver consistent, controlled dispensing force suitable for high-viscosity two-part materials in industrial bonding, construction anchoring, and assembly applications.
