This is a new Newco Figure 13F-CB2 gate valve, 12-inch NPS, ANSI/ASME B16.34 Class 300, with a cast carbon steel (ASTM A216 WCB) body and bolted bonnet construction. Trim designation WCB/CR15/CR13/HF indicates a hard-faced seat (HF) with 13% chromium stem and 15% chromium seat rings, providing corrosion and erosion resistance in demanding service. The valve features raised-face flanged end connections per ANSI B16.34 Class 300, an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) rising stem design, and a large handwheel operator; it is API 600 / API 624 compliant per the nameplate. Pressure ratings per the nameplate are 740 PSIG at -20°F and 410 PSIG at 800°F (51.1 bar at -29°C and 28.8 bar at 425°C). Manufactured in 2004 per the nameplate date stamp, serial number visible as N4388Y / N4396Y on body casting; flanged ports are protected with blue plastic flange covers as shipped. Suitable for steam, hydrocarbon, water, and general industrial pipeline isolation service where ASME Class 300 carbon steel is specified.
