Niagara Cutter N09403 3/4in 4FL AlTiN Ball End Mill Solid Carbide

This is a new Niagara Cutter (a Seco Tools company) solid carbide ball nose end mill, EDP N09403, part number STB430.2-0.750-D2-B.0-Z4, with a 3/4 in cutting diameter, 3/4 in shank diameter, 1-1/2 in length of cut, and 4 in overall length. The tool is ground from submicron solid carbide and finished with an AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) coating, which provides oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures and is suited for dry or near-dry machining of steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and hardened materials up to approximately 65 HRC. The 4-flute geometry with a full ball nose profile is designed for 3D contouring, profiling, and finishing operations on vertical machining centers and CNC mills using standard 3/4 in ER, Weldon, or shrink-fit toolholders. The uniform black appearance across shank and flutes visible in the photos is consistent with the AlTiN coating applied over the entire tool body. Made in USA as stated on the label.
