The Nine9 (Everede Tool) N9MT080201W-60 NC40 is a new, indexable solid carbide milling insert designed for use in Nine9 copy milling / round insert milling cutters. The designation decodes as follows: N9MT = Nine9 proprietary insert family (copy mill type); 08 = 8 mm inscribed circle; 02 = 2.0 mm insert thickness; 01 = 0.1 mm nose radius; W-60 = 60° wedge-lock seating geometry with wiper-style cutting edges; NC40 = TiN-based PVD gold coating (Nine9 NC40 grade) formulated for general-purpose milling of steel, stainless steel, and cast iron at moderate cutting speeds. The insert features multiple peripherally ground cutting edges arranged around the round body, visible in the product photo, providing multiple index positions per insert. Compatible toolholders are from the Nine9 / Everede copy-milling cutter series designed to accept this W-60 seating style and 8 mm IC insert.
