NRP 212-1J-208 3/4" ID x 1/2" NPTF Swivel Male One-Piece Crimp Fitting PK3

The NRP Jones 212-1J-208 is a new, one-piece permanent crimp hydraulic hose end fitting from the 1J "bite-the-wire" series, designed to terminate 3/4" I.D. (dash -12) 2-wire braided hydraulic hose with a carbon steel crimp shell. The hose socket end accepts the hose bore and is crimped permanently using a compatible NRP 1J-series die set; the opposite end features a 1/2"-14 NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) male swivel stem with a 1-5/16" hex, allowing the stem to rotate during installation to prevent hose twist and achieve a leak-free, dry-seal tapered pipe thread connection. The one-piece design eliminates the separate insert/shell assembly, reducing parts count and the risk of mis-assembly; the cutoff allowance (CO) of 1.890 inches governs the amount of hose to be cut back prior to crimping. Typical applications include mobile hydraulic lines, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, and industrial hydraulic power units where 2-wire braided hose is routed to NPTF-ported components.
