The Optimum SWH5-B is a complete quick-action tool holder kit designed for 15-inch to 18-inch swing lathes, featuring a German-manufactured quick-action turret head with graduated adjustable positioning (marked in increments around the turret face), precision-ground tool post base (marked BD 25 120), and compatible BH 32 180 offset tool holder block. This new kit includes the quick-action turret assembly with fine-threaded adjustment collar, tool post block assembly with three socket-head cap screw mounting positions, T-wrench and cross wrench for rapid tool changes without breaking setup. The system is designed for repeatability on center-height work and is compatible with standard OXA and OXX series lathe tool posts, making it suitable for production turning, facing, and boring operations on machines within the specified swing range.
