The Orion Motor Tech (OMT) Model 2RS-3+ is a new two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump rated at 9 CFM displacement, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 0.2 Pa — making it suitable for HVAC system evacuation, refrigerant recovery, and air conditioning service on R-410A, R-22, R-134a, and other common refrigerants. The 3/4 HP motor runs on 110V / 60 Hz single-phase power with an IEC C14 inlet connector and a front-panel rocker switch; the aluminum-finned pump body dissipates heat efficiently during extended pull-down operations. An oil-level sight glass on the pump body allows visual monitoring of the 500 mL (16.9 fl. oz.) oil capacity without disassembly, and a top-mounted oil-mist separator/exhaust filter reduces oil carryover during operation. The kit ships new with power cord, user manual, and a pair of nitrile-coated work gloves; the blue steel base plate provides stable bench mounting.
