This new OSG 74701025 (list number LIST7470) is a 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill with a 1/4 in cutting diameter, a 0.015 in corner radius and a 1/4 in shank, made in Japan. The package label marks it 1/4xR0.015 x1/4 4FL, and the tool has a plain cylindrical shank with helical flutes and a bright, uncoated-looking finish in the photos.
