The OTC 39E956 is a heavy-duty (HD) hub puller plate, manufactured by OTC Tools (Owatonna, MN — 655 Eisenhower Drive, Owatonna, MN 55060) as confirmed by the box label in the photos. The plate has a triangular profile with a central bore and six bolt-pattern slots arranged to accommodate multiple hub bolt circle configurations, and includes three zinc-plated hex-bolt and nut fasteners as shown in the product photo. Made in the USA with globally sourced components per the label, this plate is designed to attach to a hub puller forcing screw assembly to pull stubborn wheel hubs, brake drums, or similar pressed-on components from axle shafts or spindles in heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle service applications.
