OZ Lifting OZSS05PBT 0.5 Ton Stainless Steel Push Beam Trolley

The OZ Lifting Products OZSS05PBT is a new, stainless steel push beam trolley rated at 0.5 ton (1,000 lb) Working Load Limit (WLL) with a factory proof load test of 0.625 t (1,250 lb), as confirmed by the included individual test certificate dated 2024.09.26, serial number ST850134FG. The trolley body is fabricated from stainless steel and features two dual-wheel roller assemblies mounted on an adjustable-width stainless steel side plate, with four sealed precision-bearing wheels that ride the bottom flange of an I-beam or monorail; beam width is adjusted via the threaded center axle rod and locking hardware included in the kit. Two stainless steel grease fittings (Zerk/button-head style) are included for wheel bearing lubrication, and the trolley complies with ASME B30.11, ASME B30.16, AS1418.2, and NSF H1, making it suitable for food-processing, pharmaceutical, and corrosive-environment overhead material handling applications. The OZSS05PBT is the 0.5-ton model in OZ Lifting's Stainless Series push beam trolley line (models range from OZSS025PBT through OZSS5PBT) and is designed for use with manual chain hoists, lever hoists, or other hanging loads on standard I-beam or wide-flange monorail tracks.
