Parker BPX-00231 540N-8-RL 400 ft 1/2 in ID 2000 PSI Polyurethane Pneumatic Hose

This is a new Parker Parflex 540N-8-RL pneumatic hose on a 400 ft reel, part number confirmed from the label visible in the photos along with manufacturer and date of manufacture (17-Nov-2020). The 540N series features a polyamide (nylon) inner tube reinforced with textile fiber braid and covered with a black polyurethane outer jacket, delivering a working pressure of 2000 PSI with a -8 dash size corresponding to 1/2 in (0.500 in) inside diameter. This hose is rated for use with air, nitrogen, and other pneumatic media where flexibility, abrasion resistance, and kink resistance are required, making it well suited for industrial pneumatic tool lines, automation equipment, and compressed air distribution systems. The polyurethane cover provides superior abrasion and cut resistance compared to standard PVC or rubber covers, and the hose is manufactured in the USA per the label.
