This is a new old-stock lot of 3 Parker FSC-844-4 solid carbide gripper caps, part number 95-795, manufactured in Israel and packaged in the original yellow-foam clamshell case. Each cap is cylindrical with a 1/2 in diameter and features a multi-pyramid knurled carbide face designed to grip and locate workpieces or tooling components without slippage — a common requirement in collet chucks, workholding fixtures, and pull-stud retention systems. The second image shows the threaded female bore on the base of the cap, confirming these thread onto a mating body (the Parker cap body assembly); one position in the tray holds a blue replacement/dummy piece, so the active carbide count is 3 solid carbide caps as labeled. Solid carbide construction provides extreme hardness and wear resistance compared to steel grippers, making these suitable for high-cycle automated machining environments where repeatability of grip force is critical.
