The Parlec 100PG-037 is a new standard single-angle TG100/PG100 collet with a 3/8" (0.375") bore diameter, 2-3/8" overall length, and a guaranteed TIR (Total Indicator Runout) of 0.0005" or better. TG/PG collets feature a straight-wall, single 8° taper design that collapses radially when drawn into a matching toolholder, providing uniform 360° clamping force around the shank — a key advantage over split-taper ER-style collets for heavy milling and drilling applications. The TG100 series references the nominal toolholder bore size of 1.000" and is fully compatible with any TG100 or PG100 toolholder chuck. Manufactured from alloy steel with a hardened and ground bore to maintain precision geometry, this collet is suited for use with end mills, drills, reamers, and taps with 3/8" round shanks in VMC, HMC, and CNC machining center applications. Box label confirms part numbers 04010-3/8 and 100PG-037, and the collet face is clearly stamped "TG100" and "3/8".
