Parlec PC5-PC5E3 PC5 to PC5E3 PolyLoc Toolholder Reducer

The Parlec PC5-PC5E3 is a new, USA-made PolyLoc-style toolholder reducer that adapts a PC5 (5-inch gage diameter) PolyLoc pocket to accept a PC5E3 sub-shank, allowing a smaller-bore toolholder or modular head to be used in a larger PolyLoc turret station. The body is machined from alloy steel with a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance, featuring through-holes for set screw retention on both the body and the sub-shank interface, consistent with Parlec's PC-series modular quick-change tooling system. Parlec's PolyLoc system is used on CNC lathes and turning centers equipped with PolyLoc-compatible turrets, and this reducer enables mixed tooling configurations without requiring a dedicated full-size holder for every station. Batch number B492654 and manufacture date 10/24/2024 are visible on the label; the unit ships in Parlec's standard red plastic protective case.
