Peer-Lift 8064405 25 Ton Alloy Steel Bolt-Type Anchor Shackle

The Peer-Lift 8064405 is a new bolt-type anchor (bow) shackle manufactured from alloy steel with a hot-dip galvanized body finish, rated at a Working Load Limit of 25 tons (50,000 lbs) as stamped directly on the bow. The shackle features a bolt-type pin with nut and cotter pin retention — the bolt, nut, and load-bearing surfaces are coated in blue paint, a standard industry marker for bolt-type/safety-pin shackles conforming to Grade 6 alloy shackle standards. The anchor (bow) style body provides a wider throat opening compared to chain shackles, making it suited for multi-leg sling connections, rigging hooks, and wire rope terminations in overhead lifting, marine, and construction applications. The cotter pin through the bolt prevents accidental back-off under load or vibration, meeting ASME B30.26 rigging hardware safety requirements for bolt-type shackles.
