The Posi Lock PT213L is a new 2-jaw mechanical gear and bearing puller manufactured by Hydraulic Technologies USA LLC (Rockford, IL) and assembled in the USA. It features a patented self-centering conical body that automatically centers the pulling force on the shaft, eliminating side loading and reducing the risk of shaft or component damage. The PT213L offers a jaw spread range of 1-1/2 in to 30 in with a 20 in jaw reach and 3/8 in jaw thickness, making it suited for removing large gears, sheaves, pulleys, bearings, and sprockets from shafts in heavy-duty industrial and maintenance applications. The hardened steel screw and T-bar handle deliver high mechanical pulling force, and the long-reach jaws accept both inside and outside pulling configurations.
