The Proto J6012C is a new, click-style micrometer torque wrench with a 3/8 in square drive, covering a torque range of 30–150 ft-lb (40.7–203.4 N·m) with ±4% accuracy (clockwise). The wrench features a dual-scale graduated beam in both ft-lb and N·m, a knurled micrometer handle for precise torque setting, a locking collar to prevent accidental adjustment, and a reversible ratchet head for use in both directions. The black-oxide steel body provides corrosion resistance, and the tool ships in a Proto blow-molded plastic storage case as confirmed visible in the product photos. Designed for automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial fastening applications where repeatable, calibrated torque is required, the J6012C conforms to ASME B107.300 standards for torque tools.
