Quadrant 63393177 Noryl PPO 1/2" x 12" x 12" Black Plastic Sheet

This is a new Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products Noryl EN265 (modified polyphenylene oxide / PPO-PPE alloy) extruded plate, part number 63393177, cut to 1/2 in thick × 12 in × 12 in from a standard 5 × 24 × 48 in master slab (Lot 0009034026), as confirmed by the label visible in the photos. Noryl EN265 is a flame-retardant, UL 94 V-0 rated PPO/PS blend offering excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption (< 0.07%), and a continuous service temperature up to approximately 200°F (93°C), making it well-suited for electrical/electronic components, enclosures, structural frames, and fluid-handling parts requiring good chemical resistance to dilute acids and bases. The material machines cleanly with standard HSS or carbide tooling and accepts threading, drilling, and milling without cracking or chipping; it bonds well with adhesives and can be painted. Standard tolerance is held on thickness and planar dimensions per Quadrant's published specifications for extruded Noryl plate. Color is black throughout the cross-section.
