The Quick Tooling RW669-10M14.50305-KF is a new RF2-style bump knurling tool configured for a 10 x 16 mm rectangular shank, designed to produce KF (cross/diamond) knurl patterns on CNC and manual lathes. The tool body is Austrian-manufactured (stamped "A1 10 X 16 MADE IN AUSTRIA" on the shank) and uses Quick's dual-roller floating head system, which allows the knurling head to self-center on the workpiece for consistent pattern tracking without lateral loading on the spindle bearings. The included kit (part 32000034) contains the RF2 knurling head, a second spare head with blue roller wheels, two hex-key wrenches, mounting screws, a coolant tube, and Quick-branded lubricating paste (Gleitpaste), providing everything needed to mount and run the tool out of the box. The knurl wheels are sized for a 14.5 mm diameter pattern at 0.5 mm pitch (P = 0.5305 decoded from the model string), applicable to workpiece diameters that are multiples of the pitch to avoid pattern doubling. Compatible with Quick Tooling RF2-series replacement heads and wheel sets available separately.
