The Riten 17303 is a new concentric live center with a Morse Taper 3 shank, manufactured in the USA by Riten Industries — a recognized producer of precision workholding centers. The second photo clearly shows the internal bearing assembly with a standard 60° included-angle point rotating on precision bearings, and the tail end is stamped 'TSS A25 DS', indicating the bearing/spindle assembly specification used in Riten's concentric series. Concentric live centers differ from standard live centers in that the point rotates concentrically with the shank taper axis, making them suitable for between-center turning and grinding operations where runout must be minimized.
