RivetKing RK-50SP-A2475 #8-3/8 M4-M12 Pneumatic Spin-Pull Rivet Nut Tool Kit

The RivetKing RK-50SP-A2475 is a new, pneumatic spin-pull rivet nut installation tool operating on a hydro-pneumatic principle, combining a pneumatic motor for spin with a hydraulic cylinder for pull force, delivering up to approximately 20 kN of pull force as indicated on the calibrated force gauge visible on the tool's hydraulic cylinder face. The tool accepts both inch and metric mandrels covering #8-32, #10-32, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, and 3/8-16 UNC thread forms as well as M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, and M12 metric thread forms, with the hydraulic cylinder face showing weight-range guidance of 1.0–1.5 kg for M4/M5, 1.5–2.5 kg for M6/M8, and 3.0–5.0 kg for M10/M12. Maximum working air pressure is 0.7 MPa (approximately 100 PSI) per the label on the hydraulic cylinder. The kit includes all 9 mandrel assemblies stored in a fitted plastic case, an oil-fill syringe with brass fitting, hydraulic fluid, pneumatic lubricating oil, hex wrenches, and a hard molded carry case (part number RK-50SP-A2465). This tool is suited for production assembly environments in automotive, HVAC, enclosure fabrication, and sheet metal work where one-sided blind fastener installation of threaded inserts is required.
