The RobbJack SWM3-00-10738 is a new solid carbide slitting saw measuring 3.000" outer diameter × 0.0937" width × 1.000" arbor bore with 60 teeth and a full-radius tooth profile, as stamped on the blade face and confirmed by the package label. RobbJack's SWM3 series slitting saws are manufactured from submicron grain tungsten carbide and feature a dark nitride/TiN-family PVD coating (the black surface finish visible in the photos) that improves wear resistance and reduces built-up edge when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The full-radius tooth form produces a smooth, burr-minimized kerf bottom — well suited for slotting, parting, and precision slot-milling operations on CNC vertical mills and horizontal arbor setups using a 1.000" bore arbor and appropriate spacers. At 0.0937" (3/32") width, this saw is designed for fine slotting work where kerf width is critical, such as slitting O-ring grooves, spacer slots, and thin-wall tubing cutoff. This is a new, unused tool in its original RobbJack plastic clamshell case.
