The RWK Tool T80 is a new, solid carbide 3-flute counterbore with an 18.5 mm cutting diameter, finished with a TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) PVD coating for enhanced heat resistance and tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. The shank, visible in the photos as a smooth cylindrical section, is consistent with a 3/4 in (19.05 mm) straight shank — a common pairing for 18.5 mm counterbore bodies — and the tool is supplied in a protective red-capped clear tube as shown. The three-flute geometry provides a balance of chip evacuation and rigidity, making this tool well suited for spot-facing and counterboring operations in steel and stainless steel on CNC machining centers and manual mills. The date code stamped on the shank (1/2022) confirms manufacture in January 2022, and the tool shows no signs of use, consistent with new-old-stock condition.
