Sandpiper G15B1ATTXNSX00 1-1/2in NPT Aluminum Natural Gas AODD Pump

This is a new Sandpiper Model G15 Design Level 1 metallic double-diaphragm pump, part number G15B1ATTXNSX00, manufactured by Warren Rupp Inc. (an IDEX Corporation brand) and dated 03/31/14 per the nameplate. The pump features a cast aluminum wetted body and air chambers, 1-1/2 in NPT suction and discharge ports, PTFE diaphragms, PTFE ball seats, and is rated for a maximum inlet gas pressure of 100 PSI / 7 BAR with natural gas as the motive fluid — not compressed air — making it ATEX/IECEx certified (II 2 G c T5, II 3/2 G c T5, II 2 D c T100°C) and CE marked for use in hazardous locations. The pump delivers up to 106 GPM flow at zero head with a maximum head of 231 ft, and includes a green static grounding wire for use with flammable or static-sensitive fluids. Typical applications include oil field produced water transfer, chemical injection, pipeline pigging, and solvent transfer in Zone 1/2 classified hazardous areas.
