Sandpiper S05B2PBPPNS000 1/2in NPT Polypropylene AODD Diaphragm Pump

The Sandpiper S05B2PBPPNS000 is a new, air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump manufactured by Warren Rupp, Inc. (an IDEX Corporation brand), assembled in the USA. The part number decodes as follows: S05 = Model S05 (1/2 in. ported, non-metallic series), B2 = Design Level 2, PB = polypropylene wet-side body/manifold construction, PP = polypropylene ball check valve seats and balls, NS = Buna-N (nitrile) diaphragms and o-rings. The pump delivers up to 14 GPM maximum flow rate at 0 PSI back-pressure, requires up to 18 SCFM air consumption at rated conditions, and accepts a maximum supply air pressure of 100 PSI (7.0 bar) as confirmed on the nameplate. Port connections are 1/2 in. NPT (inlet and outlet), the air inlet/exhaust is 1/4 in. NPT, and the pump mounts on an included stainless steel foot bracket.
