Sandvik 462.1-2100-125A0-XM X2BM 2.1mm Solid Carbide Drill

This is a new Sandvik Coromant CoroDrill 462 solid carbide stub/spot drill, part number 462.1-2100-125A0-XM, grade X2BM, with a 2.1 mm drilling diameter and a 125° point angle, designed for high-precision hole-making in a straight shank configuration with internal coolant capability (A0 coolant designation). The X2BM grade is Sandvik's uncoated or lightly treated micrograin carbide optimized for non-ferrous and composite materials, delivering excellent edge sharpness and surface finish in aluminum, CFRP, and similar materials. The CoroDrill 462 series is engineered for short-hole drilling with high positional accuracy, making it well-suited for aerospace and precision component manufacturing where entry geometry and hole quality are critical; the drill accepts ER collet chucks and hydraulic toolholders compatible with the straight cylindrical shank.
