Sandvik 570-40L123K18B058B CoroCut Dmc=100 Dmi=58 Grooving Cassette

This is a new Sandvik Coromant 570-40L123K18B058B CoroCut grooving blade cassette, manufactured in Sweden and designed for use in Sandvik Coromant modular CoroTurn SL or 570-series boring bar and cassette systems for internal grooving and parting operations. The cassette is left-hand cutting (L), accepts 123K-series CoroCut blades compatible with 18 mm blade width (123K18), and is sized for a maximum machining diameter (Dmc) of 100 mm and a minimum bore diameter (Dmi) of 58 mm. The black-oxide steel body features serrated (ribbed) mating surfaces visible on the rear face for precise, repeatable angular positioning within the modular tooling system, and includes the clamping screw assembly for blade retention. This cassette is compatible with Sandvik Coromant 570-series modular boring bars and is suited for internal grooving, face grooving, and parting in medium-to-large bore applications on CNC lathes and turning centers.
