The Sandvik Coromant 860.1-0300-024A1-NM H10F is a new CoroDrill 860 solid carbide twist drill designed for high-productivity hole-making in non-metallic materials (NM designation), featuring a 3 mm cutting diameter (DC), 24.4 mm usable cutting length (LU), and a 6 mm cylindrical shank (CZCms Ø6) as confirmed on the package label. Grade H10F is a fine-grain uncoated tungsten carbide grade optimized for drilling non-metallic materials such as CFRP, GFRP, and other fiber-reinforced composites, offering superior edge sharpness and wear resistance in abrasive, non-metallic workpieces. The 860.1 series features through-coolant capability (visible coolant hole at the drill tip in the photos), a 140° point angle, and helix geometry engineered to minimize delamination and fiber pullout in composite materials.
